Yes. Corporate housing and corporate lease options are available at The Shoals. Corporate leases are subject to approval and specific lease terms.

At The Shoals in Greer, South Carolina, most apartment applications are approved within 24–48 hours once all required documents have been submitted. Approval timelines may vary depending on screening results and application volume.

We do not currently offer furnished apartment homes. However, our leasing team can refer residents to a trusted third-party furnished housing provider that services the Greer and Greenville area.

Apartment Features & Policies

Every apartment home at The Shoals includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and a full-size in-unit washer and dryer.

No. Subletting is not permitted. All residents must be approved and listed on the lease agreement through the leasing office.

Yes. All apartment homes include private, in-unit washers and dryers, providing added convenience and comfort.

Yes. Residents may decorate their apartment home, provided the apartment is returned to its original condition at move-out, excluding normal wear and tear, in accordance with the lease agreement.

The Shoals features a 24/7 Luxer package room, allowing residents to securely access packages at any time—no leasing office pickup required.

Rent, Utilities & Insurance

Residents may pay rent through our online resident portal, via eMoney order, or by personal or cashier’s check.

Yes. Residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage for the duration of the lease

Utilities are not included in base rent. Water, internet, and cable services are billed separately and added to the monthly resident ledger.

Prior to move-in, residents receive a welcome letter with step-by-step instructions on how to set up utilities and required services.

High-speed internet and cable service are provided exclusively through Spectrum. This service is required and not optional for residents at The Shoals.
